Emergencies - how soon can you see someone?
We understand that some cases are urgent. While we cannot guarantee to see every person immediately, we do take special requests for early or late appointments to fit around your schedule. Please call to let us know if you need an urgent appointment.
How do I book an appointment
Please call 0497 445 816 or complete the contact form so a staff member can confirm your appointment.
Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?
Yes, please bring your referral to your initial session.
Who can give a referral to a psychologist?
Your local doctor is the ideal person to do an initial assessment and refer you to a psychologist.
However you can also get in touch with any of these health services to get an urgent referral:
For people who need immediate help with a serious mental health crisis, call triple zero (000).
For crisis counselling, call:

How much does it cost?

Do you do Medicare bulk billing?
Yes, there are options for Healthcare card holders.
Can I swipe my private health card (HICAPS)
Yes, we accept all private insurance cards – pending if your insurer covers psychology.
What is a mental health plan?
How do I pay off NSW Revenue fines with a Work Development Order (WDO)?
Cancellations
If possible, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. If you reschedule the appointment you will not receive a cancellation fee.
Patient Privacy
Your patient record comprises of electronic and paper documents that are controlled by us. Your records may be shared with your GP with your permission.

What’s the Difference Between a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist?
They sound similar and both work in mental health but they are quite different.
Psychologists
- Are not medical doctors
- Cannot prescribe medication
- Focus on providing psychotherapy (talk therapy) to help patients
Psychiatrists
- Are medical doctors
- Can prescribe medication
- Diagnose illness, manage treatment and provide a range of therapies for complex and serious mental illness
